There are many benefits to becoming a UBC Authorized Dealer. You will get a beautiful display with unique products, the best price structure, and we will drive traffic to you through our “Find a Dealer” directory.
Our POS towers come pre-assembled and showroom ready. We deliver it in the morning and you’ll be selling our unique line by the afternoon.
For qualifying showrooms, your only out of pocket expense is the freight cost. All you pay is a flat $250 for freight.
How to Order
At UBC, we’re all about simplicity and customer support from A to Z. Our goal is to keep the order process as simple as possible and support our authorized dealers at every step of the process.
Here are the three simple steps you need to take to place an order.
Select the product line. We offer two simple, easy to understand product lines.
In Stock, Ready to Ship
All products in this line are in stock in our warehouse and will generally ship the same day.
Made to Order
These handcrafted mosaics are designed according to the customer’s specifications at our factory in sunny Phoenix, AZ. This line includes a collection of house blends designed by local designers. Customers can order a house blend, customize a blend, or create their own blend from scratch. This collection is produced in two weeks, not including freight time.
To keep things simple, all Made to Order products begin with the number eight. So if the product code begins with eight, it is part of the Made to Order line.
If the customer would like a sample, we’d love to supply one. You can order one on our website or email us directly at email@example.com. We’ll ship it out that day.
Call us to check stock. Everyone in our office is trained to answer your questions, so no matter when you call, we’ll be ready and waiting to check stock and confirm the price. Unlike our competitors, we do not require a minimum order. If your order is $200 or more, shipping is free. For orders $200 or less, shipping is $20. No hassle. No fuss. No confusion.
Place your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders are shipped directly from Phoenix, Arizona, via UPS ground. For the In Stock line, orders are shipped the same day. Delivery times depends on the customer’s location. Orders from the Made to Order line will arrive within three weeks, unless expedited, in which case they will arrive in two weeks. When the product arrives, it will be intact and ready to install and bring joy to all those who see it.
